All,
We have a small office location with a handful of servers. We also have a dedicated LANDesk server to manage that location. It's isolated, so for all intents and purposes it can be considered a independant company.
Recently, a number of remote employees were added and we were asked add a Terminal Server to handle up to 5 remote users. Due to cost concerns, there is a proposal to use the LANDesk Server as a Terminal Server as well. They only need to use a handful of applications, so the impact should be low.
I have seen writeups on installing the LANDesk Console on a Terminal Server, but nothing about using the LANDesk Server as a Terminal Server.
Thoughts/Concerns/Documents for/against this idea?
Thanks
